Price basis
EXW — we collect the calves at your farm or collection point. We do not publish a price list; the price per head is agreed per lot.
Transport
We organise the transport ourselves, with our own trucks.
All transport complies with Regulation (EC) No 1/2005 (authorised transporter, approved vehicle, certified driver).
Weight ranges
- Dairy calves: 52–90 kg.
- Starter calves: 110–150 kg.
- Weaned / stocker calves (beef breeds only): 220–350 kg.
Minimum lot
- TYPE 1 — transport up to 8 hours’ drive: minimum 28 head.
- TYPE 2 — long-distance transport (trailer): minimum 150 head.
Payment and trial lot
Payment terms and the size of a trial lot are agreed with each supplier individually, before the first loading. Regular, repeat lots are preferred and trial shipments are welcome.
Documents before loading
- Every animal individually identified (ear tags) with its bovine passport / identification document.
- EU INTRA animal health certificate created in TRACES NT and certified by the official veterinarian before dispatch (Delegated Regulation (EU) 2020/688).
- Transport compliant with Council Regulation (EC) No 1/2005: authorised transporter, approved vehicle, certificate of competence, journey log for long journeys.
- No loading before the certificate is issued.
