Quarantine
We collect the lot, keep the animals in isolation and carry out the tests required by the protocol of the destination country. We organise quarantine at an approved location.
Veterinary documents
Health certificate to the importer’s protocol, animal identification, the test plan, and TRACES where it applies.
Transport
We help organise the vehicle to the port or the border crossing and look after the animals during the loading window. Routes and timing are arranged lot by lot.
Animal welfare
Journey time and rest are planned within the transport rules (Regulation (EC) No 1/2005); the welfare of the animals comes first.
Availability of lots depends on the current veterinary protocol of the importing country, not on the calendar.
