We process personal data that you provide when contacting us (for example name, email address, phone number, farm or company details, and message content) in order to:
- respond to commercial enquiries about calf supply and delivery;
- communicate about availability, logistics, and related B2B matters;
- maintain basic records of business correspondence where needed.
Legal bases may include steps prior to entering into a contract, our legitimate interests in operating a B2B livestock supply business, and — where required — your consent (for example when you tick the contact-form GDPR checkbox).
3. Cookies and analytics
This website may use essential cookies required for basic operation and preference storage (for example remembering cookie choices in your browser). If we introduce analytics or similar optional cookies in the future, we will update this notice and, where required, ask for consent. You can choose Accept or Essential only in the on-site cookie banner.
4. Recipients and transfers
Data may be processed by trusted service providers that host or support this website and email delivery, acting on our instructions. We do not sell your personal data. If transfers outside the EEA become necessary, we will apply appropriate safeguards as required by GDPR.
5. Retention
Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period thereafter for business continuity and legal accountability, unless a longer period is required by law.
6. Your rights
Subject to applicable law (including GDPR), you may have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. 8. Supplier and buyer enquiry forms (added October 2026)
The supplier form on eurocieleta.com (page /contact/ and the pages /suppliers/…) collects, in addition to name, e-mail address and phone number: the country and name of your farm or company, breed, sex and approximate number of calves per month, weight/age information, whether passports and a health certificate are ready, who organises transport, your preferred contact language, an optional WhatsApp number, your free-text message and the page from which you submitted the form. The short buyer form collects name, e-mail, phone, breed preference and message.
The form content is sent by e-mail to our business inbox (biuro@eurocieleta.pl) and is not published. Spam protection uses a hidden field and a timing check; no advertising cookies are set by the form. The purpose is to assess your offer or enquiry and reply to you; the legal bases are those described in section 2. If you contact us through WhatsApp (+48 691 900 728) or social media, the provider’s own privacy rules also apply to that channel.
The export enquiry form (page /export/contact/ and the pages /export/…) is a separate form for importers, feedlots and traders outside the EU. It collects your country, company name and role, contact person, e-mail, phone, optional WhatsApp number, preferred contact language, the product and weight you need, head per month, port or border crossing, whether you hold an import licence, and your free-text message. It is sent to the same business inbox, with the subject starting “EXPORT”, and is used only to assess and answer your enquiry.
